WHAT SERVICE IS RIGHT FOR ME?

  • If you are looking for a more hand-on approach with a dietitian who will provide accountability and will also teach you how to maximize fueling strategies based on training goals, the Sports Nutrition Packages are for you. You will meet on a regular basis with your dietitian who will teach your nutrition principles so you can fuel for success once your program is complete.

  • If you are looking for a way to make meal planning easier by saving time and stress, the Meal Planning Services are for you. Minimal time is spent meeting 1:1 with a dietitian, but you will have in-app messaging with the dietitian throughout the duration of your program.

HOW MUCH DO THE SPORTS NUTRITION PACKAGES COST?

ARE THESE SERVICES ALL ONLINE?

Yes. All meetings with your dietitian will be conducted via Zoom.

WHAT IF I'M NOT AN ATHLETE?

Here at Hammer Fuel, Cat Hammer believes that if you work out regularly, you earn yourself the title of an athlete. Since all of your nutrition recommendations are customized to meet your energy needs and goals, you will learn to fuel for your training in a way that is most appropriate for you. If you are looking to get started on a regular training regimen, Cat can also help you with that as well. All levels of athletes are welcome!

WILL I HAVE TO COUNT CALORIES AND TRACK MY INTAKE?

No. Each program is modified based on an individual's goals. You always have the choice to track your intake or to not, to disclose your weight or to not, and to center goals around your weight or to not. Cat Hammer believes that success in your nutrition journey looks different for everyone, that is why each plan is totally customizable for your needs and goals.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

Hammer Fuel is an out of network provider. However, Cat Hammer can provide you with a receipt for services that can be submitted to your insurance company which may qualify you for reimbursement for your nutrition services.

Planning meals ahead of time can be tough when dealing with a complex schedule, and even more so when your goal is weight gain. Cat has helped me come up with methods that worked for me and provided me with more energy and ultimately helped me achieve my weight gain goals. With her nutrition coaching guidance and knowledge on sports nutrition, I learned how to set realistic goals for myself that aided in my off season goals.
