Hello!

Growing up a multiple sport athlete, I was always determined to achieve the highest level of performance possible. This led me to find the importance of nutrition for athletic performance.

I was recruited to play NCAA Division II softball at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where I became a 3-year starting catcher. At West Chester, I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. During this time, I worked at Maplezone Sports Institute (now Ascent Athlete) as a Sports Performance Intern and earned a Personal Training Certification through NASM.

I was then accepted in the Graduate School at the University of Tampa where I earned my Master's of Science in Exercise and Nutrition Science. During this time, I worked as a Minor League Sports Nutrition Assistant for the Pittsburgh Pirates in Bradenton, FL.

I was then matched to Virginia Tech's Dietetic Internship program where I completed the requirements to become certified as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Now I currently run Hammer Fuel Sports Nutrition and am the Head Sports Dietitian at The University of Pennsylvania.

My goal as a dietitian is to help elite athletes and active individuals learn how to fuel properly and to appreciate the amazing things the human body is capable of. I believe we all deserve to understand how to fuel and honor our bodies, and I would love to help you achieve this.
